Targeting the correct audience for the home, I plan to use a multitude of online and paper sources to properly market and showcase listings to find the best buyer for the property. 

Everything you need when it comes to your home will be organized in this binder. Warranty information, recommendations on local contractors, copy of inspection summary and copy of contract, and if you are a first time home buyer, a tax fact sheet so you can maximize your deductions in the upcoming year.
