Ryan Borden: Corporate Broker/Owner

My career in Real Estate began in 2006. From then till now I’ve been awarded an REO

contract from Wells Fargo and GMAC which resulted in listing and selling 420+ REO

properties in 4 years; I started a team consistently selling 100+ homes per year for the

next 7 years...while being the managing broker of a local firm; and in May of 2019 I

opened Realty ONE Group Eminence in Reno, NV...and have loved every minute of it.

With over 15 years of industry knowledge, real estate has been my constant but creative design has always been my passion. While I went to school for Marketing Communication, somehow, I landed in the real estate world and have been here ever since. Being able to do what I love in an industry that I have become so familiar with has been a blessing.
