I'll go first
Born and raised in Carson City, Nevada I grew up climbing around on construction sites, shadowing my dad who has worked in architectural development and design for over 50 years. When I turned 21, I decided I wanted to buy my first house and I wanted my dad to build and design it. At the time, my dad was starting to build a community made for individuals looking for a starter home or to downsize. The vision was exactly what I was looking for and decided this was the place I wanted to begin my next chapter of life in. I had so much fun picking out finishes and making the house represent me, I knew this was something that would be special for everyone.
From there, my passion for design and real estate bloomed. When I turned 23, I started studying and going to school to become an agent. I wanted to serve the local community in educating why home ownership is beneficial and POSSIBLE no matter the circumstances...and give the same feeling my first home gave me, to others.

...BUT IT WASN'T ALWAYS THIS WAY
Before becoming an agent, I worked closely with the University of Nevada, Reno athletic programs, traveling with the baseball team as an athletic training student and working closely as a strength coach for the men's/women's basketball team, swim and dive team, women's soccer and rifle teams. I realized through all my personal experiences that the common injuries that occured in collegiate level sports were because of improper form taught at a young age. I shifted my major to secondary education and applied my education to young athletes as a Physical Education Teacher at Carson High School. I've been working with students for the last 4 years, while also becoming a coach for girl's basketball, co-ed wrestling, and track and field teams.
This foundation of teaching, learning and growing is what drives my passion to now educate others in the process of becoming a homeowner. I know everyone's experience is different, but I want to make all my clients feel confident and knowledgeable when making a financial decision that works for them, in real estate.
So, now it's your turn. What would your life look like if you had the home you really wanted? What if you believed you really can purchase a home?
I know from personal experience what it's like to purchase a home for the first time. What I didn't tell you, is it took me 3 years to save enough money to buy my dream starter home because I wanted to do it on my own. I was living on a new teacher salary, researching loan programs, meeting with lenders, creating good enough credit, and saving enough money to make it happen. At the time, I wasn't organized enough to have a plan with a timeline, and I had no idea what I was doing or getting myself into. I had a lot to learn, and thankfully I met a lot of great people to help guide me along the way. Because if it weren't for them, I would have backed out on my dream of being a homeowner because I too, almost believed it wasn't possible for myself. I can show you how to purchase your first home no matter your timeline. I won't push for right now, unless your ready; but I will help you every step of the way. My motive is to be a resource you can always count on.
Your dreams are important and achieving them changes what is possible for you and everyone around you. Whatever you want in life, YOU can make happen. You’ve chosen being a homebuyer as your goal, so let's make it happen with the most strategic plan in place. And I am here to make that happen for you.
